Orientation.

What is it about? Things are going haywire: Uncertain times. They demand orientation. If we succeed in creating clarity, the uncertainty fades and the organisation can concentrate on "the essentials" again.

Uncertain times are a special challenge. Everything is new and uncertain. You may never have experienced it before. So you have no experience in deciding what to do or what is the right thing to do. Waiting until things are back to the way they were may be a risky path, because things may never be the same again. So management has no choice but to rise to the challenge and decide. Not frantically, not hastily, but clearly, honestly and unambiguously, according to the situation. The employees will owe it to them; the orientation gives everyone security and strength.
