Regulation of succession on the board of directors and shareholders as a prerequisite for successful business development

The undertaking:

The negative course of business over the previous two years and the differing views on central issues of managing the company, which is located in the technical services sector, have led to conflicts between two members of the board of directors/shareholders. The tense situation made it difficult to find a solution and paralysed the leadership, with repercussions for the operational business. After it had to be recognised that there would no longer be a common future for the two exponents, the separation had to be carried out quickly and approached respectfully. A way was found to reinstall the strategic leadership of the company, to reorganise the shareholder base and thus to create the conditions for regaining prosperity. With the decisions taken, the company has returned to the path of success.
